Video and arcade games vary significantly in how difficult they are to play with upper limb weakness symptoms. One way to adapt to difficulty with challenging games is to play games that require less complex or rapid inputs.
I used to play racing simulators on my Xbox. My hands were eventually not able to grip the steering wheel well enough to control the cars. I switched to a train simulator on my PC instead. I won't say that it is as much fun, but I still enjoy it and it gives me something to do.
