When operating a mobility scooter is no longer safe or convenient, a power wheelchair is the next logical step.
Renting a mobility scooter is often possible, including at vacation destinations.
Mobility scooters may need to be stored outside of an apartment dwelling if there is no room in the apartment itself. Some apartment complexes will not allow them to be stored in parking garages. Storing it in common areas, especially hallways is also very unlikely to be allowed.
